My Journey

My path here wasn't direct, but it gave me unique insights that I now bring to my coaching. For over three decades, I worked across multiple industries specializing in IT documentation, systems training, and business process development. I partnered with many companies on high-profile corporate projects that taught me how to deliver results when the pressure was on.

This diverse background showed me something important: we all face similar challenges when it comes to completion. I've seen firsthand how we tend to procrastinate on the things that matter most, especially when under pressure — self-care, personal projects, quality time with loved ones — only to rue it later.
